Considering how much green fees are in Vegas during the "on" season, it's worth a drive out here to Pahrump to play Mountain Falls as the price is probably half what a compariable couse would be in the Vegas area. The area is part of a master planned community. However, with the housing market in the dumps, don't expect houses around the majority of the course for some time to come. The greens and fairways were in good shape and the greens rolled true. It's not the most difficult course, but fairly challenging for a mid handicap golfer like myself. Would recommend it for sure if you're a little short on cash from the casinos and want to play a good course at a budget price.

A wonderful course. Challenging but not a killer. Some great scenery. Staff could not have been nicer. A bargain compared to Vegas area courses. Very fast green. One negative, the greens were hard and did not hold approach shots. Needed aerating or a good watering.
